This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms governing payments, cancellations, refunds, and related billing matters for services offered through ARUU.

By purchasing or subscribing to our services, you agree to this policy.

1. General Policy

ARUU provides digital services and related solutions. Clients are encouraged to review service details carefully before making a purchase.

All payments must be made as agreed for the selected services.

Where a free trial, demo, or consultation is offered, users are encouraged to evaluate the service before purchasing.

2. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation of a subscription or service by contacting us at info@aruu.in.

  • Cancellation requests apply to future renewals unless otherwise specified.
  • Cancellation does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund.
  • Services already delivered, initiated, or substantially performed may not be cancellable.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate or accidental payments
  • Verified billing errors
  • Payment processed but service not delivered as agreed
  • Other cases where ARUU determines a refund is appropriate

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Setup, onboarding, or configuration fees
  • Completed or delivered services
  • Customized or project-based work already initiated
  • Subscription periods already used
  • Change-of-mind requests after activation or delivery
  • Suspensions or terminations due to violations of our Terms & Conditions

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where applicable
  • Processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on payment provider timelines

Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. Late Payments and Suspension

Payments overdue by more than 15 days may result in service suspension.

Prepaid services remain active only through their paid term.

Accounts suspended or terminated due to policy violations are not eligible for refund.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute.

Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in:

  • Service suspension
  • Account review or termination
  • Recovery of applicable costs where permitted by law

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
